About Unilabs Academy

The Academy supports the company´s overall mission of “bringing quality healthcare to all people”. Its specific contribution consists in developing generalist radiologists into highly qualified subspecialists. These subspecialists will then produce more accurate diagnoses which in turn avoid unnecessary suffering of patients and reduce treatment cost for health care systems.

 

The Opportunity

The position Project Manager Jun (maternity cover) is based in Barcelona with a hybrid working model (2 days per week in the office). This position reports to the Unilabs Academy Operations Lead. In their absence, the Unilabs Academy Project Manager Jun reports directly to the Head of Academy.

 

Mission and Organisational Context

The PM Jun will coordinate people and processes to ensure that the projects and training solutions are delivered on time with highest quality. He/she will also follow the whole project throughout its duration, assuring all milestones and deliverables are achieved. The PM Jun will be the go-to person involving a project´s organization and timeline whilst also oversee each of the websites created for the ad-hoc websites designed for our radiology and biomarker training solutions and services. Specific project manager responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

General Project Management

 

  • Adopting best practice PM processes & tools and coordinating internal resources and third parties for the execution of projects
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility; Ensuring resource availability and allocation
  • Developing detailed project plans to track progress in projects
  • Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Managing the relationship with clients (internal or external) and all stakeholders
  • Performing risk management to minimize project risks and establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
  • Process and product improvement

 

Operations

  • Online Fellowship management
  • Reporting template designing
  • Radiological case management to get those included into the system
  • Managing and chairing webinars and online fellowships and the creation of promotional material when required
  • Managing the created communication plan 

 

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills

  • Desired Project Management experience, managing multiple projects in parallel
  • Best practice training in e.g. Project Management, Business Analysis, Change Management, Operational Management
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Languages desired: English and Spanish
  • Healthcare background experience is a plus
